You may browse some information-only areas of the Platform without providing any personal information, however we may not be able to provide the full range of services through the Platform if You do not provide the information outlined above.

Clinuvel Email Alerts

Clinuvel has made available Alerts, allowing visitors to the Platform to register and subscribe to receive information on the Company via Email and SMS. During the process of subscribing and registering for Alerts, You will be required to give Us certain personal information such as Your Name, Address, Email Address, etc and Your preferences regarding the Alerts sent to You from Our Platform.

Updating Your Information

When registering to receive Email Alerts, You are required to input some personal information so that the alerts can be delivered to You. You are also required to nominate which Alerts You want to receive and the format in which You want to receive them. You can change Your personal details and Email Alert preferences at any time by clicking on the Email Alerts link, logging in using Your username and password and then altering Your details as required.

Registering with Clinuvel Skin

When You register with the site located at http://photoprotection.clinuvel.com ("Clinuvel Photoprotection"), You may agree to be contacted by Clinuvel to receive company updates, announcements or relevant company news. You may also agree to receive information from Third Party Websites or Third Party Organisations relevant to Clinuvel. You make this agreement when you complete the online registration form at http://photoprotection.clinuvel.com/register ("Register", "Registration") by selecting one or more options on this form. You must contact Clinuvel in writing via mail@clinuvel.com to alter this selection. It may take Clinuvel up to one (1) working week to complete this request.

Clinuvel will not release or sell Your information to Third Parties and all contact will come from Clinuvel unless You specify otherwise in writing to Clinuvel.

As part of Your Registration, You may elect to receive email alerts in relation to new information being made available on the Platform in the form of Private Messages or new Discussions topics or posts. You can alter this setting at any time through Your profile on the Discussions area of the Platform.

Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information

Clinuvel will not use or disclose any information about You without Your consent unless: Required by law;  We believe it necessary to provide You with a service which You have requested [such as the delivery of Private messages or Alerts and tracking of communication through a third party customer focused tracking system]; To protect the rights or property of Clinuvel, another visitor to the Platform, or any member of the public; To lessen a serious threat to a person's health or safety; The use or disclosure is otherwise authorized by any law (including laws for the protection of personal information). 

How we handle email and "Contact us" messages

Clinuvel may preserve the content of any email or "Contact us" message that You send us. Any personal information contained in Your message will only be used or disclosed in ways set out in this Privacy Policy. Your message content may be monitored by our service providers or Clinuvel employees for trouble shooting, compliance auditing and maintenance purposes or where email abuse is suspected. 

How we handle 'Q and As' 

By sending a ‘Q and A’ ('Q & A') Question to Clinuvel, You consent to Clinuvel’s staff and/or members of our expert panel(s) accessing and reading this information in order to provide you with information. Once a Question has been answered, Clinuvel reserves the right to publish this information alongside other ‘Q and As’ in the online database. These ‘Q and As’ will be moderated prior to being published. At no time will Clinuvel publish any information in a ‘Q and A’ that can identify You either in real life or as an online alias. If You feel that a published ‘Q and A’ identifies You, please contact the webmaster at mail@clinuvel.com. 

By submitting a Question to a 'Q and A' You accept that You cannot, without the written consent of Clinuvel, publish this 'Q and A' on any other forum.
